Community Engagement & Development
The Company recognizes its responsibility toward communities and society and is committed to conducting its operations in a manner that supports social development aligned with the Company’s role, under the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility and related policies. The Company places importance on supporting local employment, alongside promoting access to education, capability development, and the quality of life of people in the community, including those of underprivileged groups, youth, and new graduates. In addition, the Company encourages its employees to develop awareness of and responsibility toward society and the environment, to foster positive relationships and appropriate, continuous development together with communities.
Under this policy framework, the Company implements its activities through flexible working mechanisms, by assigning relevant departments to coordinate, plan, set targets, and monitor the progress of project implementation. The Company also provides opportunities for employees, customers, and business partners to participate in social activities in appropriate forms, to support engagement and shared responsibility toward communities and society.
Performance Results (2025)
Based on the policy, in 2025, the Company implemented a total of 13 social projects. The details are as follows:
The Company provided monetary donations and logistics support services to non-profit organizations, amounting to 471,347 Baht, covering a total of 7 donation-related projects, as detailed below:
1. Expenses for repairing school buildings, provision of educational scholarships, school uniforms, and lunch support for students at the Mae Fah Luang Non-Formal and Informal Education Center (NFIE), Baan Teemoo, Tak Province, totaling 312,847 Baht.
2. Donation to the King Mongkut Chaokhun Thahan Hospital Foundation under the patronage of the Supreme Patriarch, amounting to 5,000 Baht.
3. Transportation costs for delivering paint used in the repair of school buildings at Baan Pairngam School, Kanchanaburi Province, totaling 3,500 Baht.
4. Transportation costs (10-wheel truck) for delivering donated items to the Thai Red Cross Society under a relief project supporting those affected by border conflict situations, to Ubon Ratchathani Province, totaling 35,000 Baht.
5. Expenses for blankets donated to support flood victims in Southern Thailand, totaling 15,000 Baht.
6. Donation project jointly contributed by executives and employees, totaling 100,000 Baht, to support soldiers and individuals affected by border conflict situations through the Thai Red Cross Society.
7. Donations for Annual Buddhist Merit-Making Activities (Kathina and Pha Pa) in 2025, totaling 615,495 Baht.
In addition to donation-related projects, the Company has also implemented other social initiatives, such as the provision of educational scholarships, donation of goods, knowledge sharing and community development, as well as continuous support for underprivileged children, to contribute to social development, as detailed below:
Health and safety risk assessments are conducted on a regular basis, considering the severity and likelihood of risks across all business operations, including due diligence of the new projects/services. The Company then continues to establish the appropriate control measures accordingly. All accidents and near-miss incidents are investigated to identify root causes, and effective preventive measures are implemented to avoid recurrence
The Company encourage employees, business partners, and relevant stakeholders to actively participate in occupational health and safety management through structured communication, consultation, and engagement mechanisms. These include hazard reporting, suggestions for improvement, and active involvement in safety-related activities, enabling employees at all levels, supplier, and business partners to contribute to the development of a shared safety culture.
In addition, the Company emphasizes continuous training and capacity building in occupational health and safety by providing programs tailored to employees’ job roles, associated risks, and responsibilities. This approach aims to strengthen safety awareness, enhance accident prevention capabilities, and promote safe work practices. The Company also ensures the provision of appropriate and necessary equipment to support employees in performing their duties safely and effectively.
1. Producing Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Business in Maritime Business (Special Program)
The Company implements the project “Producing Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Business in Maritime Business (Special Program)” to support the development of human resources in logistics and supply chain in alignment with industry demand, alongside promoting educational opportunities and creating pathways to employment for youth and new graduates. The Company supports this project under the collaboration with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), and has continuously implemented the project since 2019.
Under the implementation of the project, the Company provides scholarships to students who meet the specified criteria and offers scholarship students the opportunity to undertake on-the-job training with the Company during their studies, to enhance practical experience in logistics and supply chain management. Since the inception of the project, the Company has granted scholarships to a total of 16 students, with 15 scholarship students undertaking internships with the Company. Upon graduation, all scholarship students have continued to employment with the Company.
In 2019, the Company granted scholarships and on-the-job training opportunities to 8 students in the first batch. At present, all students have completed their studies and have been employed as full-time employees of the Company. Based on the performance and the Company’s continued commitment to sustainability, in 2023, the Company granted scholarships to 7 students in the second batch, divided into Sub-course 2.1 with 4 students and Sub-course 2.2 with 3 students.
In 2025, all 4 students from Sub-course 2.1 completed their bachelor’s degree and were employed as full-time employees of the Company. For Sub-course 2.2, 1 student returned the scholarship due to health issues, and 2 scholarship students who graduated in 2026 have continued to employment with the Company.
Overall, this project contributes to the development of qualified human resources for the logistics and supply chain sector, while supporting educational and career opportunities for youth and new graduates in communities. The Company aims to continue this human resource development project in logistics and supply chain, to enhance human capital capabilities and support sustainable long-term growth of both the organization and communities.
2. “My School” Project
In 2022, the Company received the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards 2022 in the Social Empowerment category from Enterprise Asia, an independent organization that supports, promotes, and develops business potential in social and environmental responsibility in Asia, as a result of the implementation of the “My School” project and other social initiatives over the past several years. This award reflects the Company’s commitment to supporting communities and enhancing access to education, particularly for children in remote areas with limited opportunities, through the provision of classrooms and essential equipment.
The “My School” project was initiated based on the Royal Initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great (King Rama IX), who emphasized the importance of education for the nation’s youth to strengthen the stability and development of the country. In addition, in line with the Company’s commitment to contributing to society, the Company has established the “My School” project to support students in upcountry areas by providing schools that are well-prepared and equipped with teaching and learning materials to promote and enhance their educational skills.
The Company has continuously accomplished the “My School” project since 2013 to the present, with a total of 6 projects completed, covering more than 400 students across 6 schools. The Company has supported the construction of complete new school buildings, new playgrounds, computers, audio, video equipment as well as appropriate teaching and learning materials, to enhance students’ skills in various areas.
The Company has established a commitment and goal to implement the “My School” project every two years. In 2024, the Company carried out the 6th project to support the Mae Fah Luang Hill Tribe Learning Center, Baan Teemoo, Khane Chu Sub-district, Mae Ramat District, Tak Province, which is located in a remote area along the Thai–Myanmar border.
The Company has established mechanisms to continuously provide opportunities for the Company’s customers and business partners to participate, by contributing funds through the use of the Company’s services, both sea freight and air freight. For each shipment, a contribution of USD 1 per shipment is allocated to the project. Upon completion of the project, the Company invited customers and business partners to participate in school building renovation and environmental improvement activities together with the Company during 18–19 January 2025, to foster a shared sense of contribution to society.
In addition to providing a new school building to the learning center, the Company also supported scholarships, lunch funds, books and teaching materials, a playground, desks and chairs, school uniforms, shoes, as well as kitchen equipment and other necessary items, in order to improve the learning environment and promote appropriate access to education for children, enhance their quality of life, and encourage sustainable learning motivation.
3. The Document Center (Key Operator) Project in collaboration with the Social Innovation Foundation and Redeemer Foundation (Pattaya)
In 2025, the Company collaborated with the Social Innovation Foundation and Redeemer Foundation (Pattaya) to jointly organize the Document Center (Key Operator) project, under which persons with disabilities from the foundation were engaged in data entry work. This initiative helps reduce the workflow of the operating department and can be further developed into a centralized Document Center in the future.
The Company received a certificate in recognition of its participation as one of 200 leading private sector organizations in the “Creating A Better Life for the Disabled” project, which aims to reduce inequality by providing 10,000 job opportunities for persons with disabilities living in remote rural areas, enabling them to work and contribute to society.
In 2026, the Company continues to implement this initiative in collaboration with the Social Innovation Foundation and Redeemer Foundation (Pattaya), by jointly organizing the Document Center (Key Operator) project and continuing to provide data entry work opportunities for persons with disabilities under the foundation.
4. Participation in The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)’s “Refreshing SE for Growth Program”
In 2025, the Company participated in The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)’s “Refreshing SE for Growth Program” to develop potential and enhance business expansion capabilities for social enterprises (Social Enterprise: SE), enabling them to operate in a strong and efficient manner while contributing to addressing social issues across various dimensions, including community and agricultural development, health, vulnerable groups, and the environment. The program also aims to enable the expansion of both business and social outcomes in a sustainable manner. The Stock Exchange of Thailand has collaborated with public and private sector partners, including the mai Listed Company Association (maiA), PwC Thailand, the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion (OSEP), the Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG), and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHPF).
The Company assigned senior executives to participate as “volunteer coaches” for Good Start for Society Co., Ltd., a social enterprise that provides vocational training, employer matching, and access to funding for individuals with past offenses (including ex-convicts, parolees, and probationers). Over a period of four months, from August to November 2025, the Company’s executives provided guidance, consultation, insights, and in-depth recommendations, with a focus on achieving successful outcomes for Good Start for Society Co., Ltd. These include the establishment of standardized work systems, development of business strategies and directions to achieve profitability, task prioritization, employee engagement, implementation of customer data management systems for customer relationship management, development of systems to reduce costs, and promotion of revenue generation opportunities, as well as marketing guidance to effectively reach target customer groups.
5. Calendar Donation Project
The Company organized the Calendar Donation Project, which has been continuously carried out over the years, to support the production of braille materials and educational media for the visually impaired. In 2025, the Company encouraged employees and the surrounding community to donate used calendars, collecting a total of 138 kilograms. These were donated to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, under the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand, to be used for producing braille materials and teaching aids for visually impaired individuals.
The donation of such calendars also contributed to a reduction in carbon footprint of 82.80 kgCO2eq, equivalent to the annual CO₂ absorption of approximately 8 trees, based on the Company’s greenhouse gas reduction calculation methodology, with reference to the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER).
6. Annual Buddhism Religious Merit-Making Activities (Kathina and Pha Pa)
The Company places importance on participating in the preservation of Buddhism and promoting social values. The Company regularly organizes Kathina and Pha Pa merit-making activities every year, providing an opportunity for executives, employees, and stakeholders to participate in merit making and demonstrate their volunteer spirit, as part of corporate commitment to conducting business while giving back to society and promoting sustainable cultural and ethical values.
7. Community Enterprise Support Project in Chiang Mai Province
The Company supports the local economy by purchasing products from the On Tai community enterprise in Chiang Mai Province to be prepared as souvenirs for business agents, to promote sustainable income generation within the local community.
