LEO Kicks Off Logicam LEO in Cambodia Develops End-to-End Cross-Border Transport Services Between Thailand and Cambodia Strengthens Global Logistics Reach Across 190 Countries
LEO Global Logistics Public Company Limited (LEO) has officially launched Logicam LEO (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., marking a strategic step in expanding its integrated logistics and warehousing services between Thailand and Cambodia. CEO Mr. Kettivit Sittisoontornwong expressed confidence that the partnership will enhance LEO’s logistics capabilities, including customs clearance services, import-export facilitation, cross-border trucking, and nationwide distribution across Cambodia. The company also plans to expand its Sea Freight and Air Freight services under its End-to-End Global Logistics Solutions, covering more than 190 countries worldwide.
Mr. Kettivit Sittisoontornwong, CEO of LEO Global Logistics PCL, a leading End-to-End Global Logistics Service Provider, revealed that on February 12, 2024, LEO joined Logistics Intelligence (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (LogiCam) in an inaugural business meeting to define the vision, mission, goals, and operational plans for their joint venture, Logicam LEO. The meeting was held at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel, Cambodia, and was honored by the presence of Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Thai Ambassador to Cambodia, Dr. Supachai Verapuchong, Chairman of LogiCam, and senior executives from various Thai companies investing in Cambodia.
This collaboration between LEO and LogiCam marks a significant step in enhancing logistics services. Currently, LogiCam offers comprehensive customs clearance (both import and export), cross-border trucking from Thailand to Cambodia, nationwide cargo distribution across Cambodian cities, and diverse warehousing services tailored to customer needs.
LEO, as a full-service global logistics provider, has a vast network of agents in over 190 countries. The company offers international shipping by sea, air, land, and rail, allowing both LEO and LogiCam to extend their logistics capabilities. This enables seamless cargo movement from Cambodia to the rest of the world—and vice versa.
"I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Su Supachai Verapuchong of LogiCam and Thai Nakorn Patana (manufacturer of Sara and Tiffy), one of the pioneering Thai entrepreneurs in Cambodia for over 30 years, for inviting LEO to join as a strategic logistics partner. This partnership has led to the creation of Logicam LEO, a new platform ready to deliver End-to-End Global Logistics Solutions to our customers and strategic partners in more than 190 countries,” Mr. Kettivit said.
“Our primary focus is to support Thai companies investing in Cambodia and our overseas agents worldwide. This expansion will significantly strengthen LEO’s service coverage throughout the ASEAN region,” he concluded.
